Avantua is the service provider; it is also referred to as “us” and “we”. Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from Avantua ; it is also referred to as “you”.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Any delivery dates quoted are estimates only and time shall not be the essence of the contract with regard to such estimated dates. The Company will accept no liability for failure to supply or deliver within the period quoted.
The Company shall be entitled to make partial deliveries by installments and these terms and conditions shall apply to each such delivery. Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery to the address. The Purchaser is advised to insure accordingly.
Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Dispatch of goods will be approximately 1 – 5 days of receiving an order.

International
All international orders are sent via Australia Post Courier. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the first stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. A shipping cost estimate can also be given after adding product to shopping cart.
Price:
All prices on this site are Australian dollars. We only accept payment in Australian dollars. The exchange rate will be varied upon the daily rate charges by your credit card company. We do not responsible to currency rating.
The price for the Goods are stated in the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to vary prices without notice.
Order Confirmation
For all the Shop Online, payments must be cleared in our account before we can post the goods. You may receive an email confirmation about the order, but it doesn’t mean the order is confirmed until the fund is cleared.
Delivery Times
Dispatch of goods will be approximately 1 – 5 days of receiving an order. (International order will take longer time).
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. If a delivery attempt has been made to an unoccupied address, then the order will be taken to local Post Office for pickup. No further attempts will be made to deliver directly to the delivery address.
We do not accept PO Box address if there is difficulty to delivery with the nominated address. Email will be sent to request alternative delivery address.
Delivery times exclude Merchant’s order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).
Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Please note that shipping might be delayed due to COVID-19 impacts.
Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Avantua .
Additions cannot be made to online orders once they have been confirmed.
Price Variation
Avantua may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers.
In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Avantua, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.
Stock Availability
If a product is not listed or marked as Out of Stock on the website then it not available for sale with online orders.
PAYMENT
Payment Types accepted:
For on-line orders, accepted payments include:
Secured Stripe payments by Credit Cards (Visa/ Mastercard)
Or by Bank direct transfer.
Credit Card Surcharge
Currently there is no surcharge, for Visa/Master Card/Bankcard.
Damaged in Transit:
Avantua shall not be liable for faulty or damaged Goods unless such fault or damage can be shown to have risen prior to dispatch. (a “Pre-Dispatch Defect”). Any claim by the Purchaser which is based on a Pre- Dispatch Defect shall be notified to the Company within 7 days from the date of delivery or (when the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after the discovery of the defect or failure. Following notification the Company may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or issue a credit note in respect of defective Goods. The Purchaser must retain the Goods with the original packing for Inspection and return them, carriage paid and at the risk of the Purchaser, to the Company.
Notification of Shortage:
The Company shall accept no liability for shortage of goods on delivery unless written notification shall have been received by the Company from the Purchaser within 7 days of dispatching the Goods to the Purchaser.
Consequential Loss:
Any warranty or condition expressed or implied statutory or otherwise (including conformity with description sample, fitness for purpose or quality) are hereby expressly excluded and the Company shall be under no liability whatsoever for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold, repaired, or converted, or for services rendered.
Customer Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by the Purchaser’s failure to perform any of the Purchaser’s obligations under any contract or order relating to any Goods or any other matter wholly or partly within the Purchaser’s control.
Warranties:
All goods supplied by the Company shall be subject to the Manufacturers period of warranty. The Company shall be under no liability under the above warranty if the total price for the Goods has not been paid by the due date for payment.
Force Majeure:
The Company accepts no liability for delay in delivery or failure to deliver Goods arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond reasonable control or the control of its suppliers.
Governing Law:
All contracts made between the Company and the Purchaser shall be constructed in accordance with and governed in all respects by State of New South Wales’ Law and the Purchaser agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of State Victoria’ Courts.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF THE PURCHASER.
