Easy to use
1. Remove swab from sterile packaging.
2. Swab left cheek 5 times.
3. Repeat on right cheek.
4. Swab the palate 5 times.
5. Insert swab into extraction buffer for 1 min.

Repeat with second swab for nostrils. Insert fabric tip ~2cm into each nostril and roll 5 times. Place in buffer for 1 min. Drop 3 drops in test cassette. Read after 15 min.
